Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unity Secure Moving and Transportation LLC ("USMT", "we", "our") website and your engagement of our transport services. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

USMT provides interstate freight transportation, commercial logistics, and residential relocation services across the 48 contiguous United States, operating under USDOT 4568161.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Rates shown by the online quote estimator are estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer.
Final pricing is confirmed by our dispatch team after review of cargo details, route, timing, and access conditions.
"Lock In Rate" submissions reserve a dispatch consultation; a confirmed booking requires written or verbal agreement with our dispatch team.

3. Bookings & Cancellation

Confirmed bookings may require a deposit. Cancellation terms, including any fees, will be communicated at booking.
Pickup and delivery windows are estimates; delays due to weather, road conditions, or force majeure do not constitute breach.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate cargo descriptions, weights, addresses, and access information.
Ensure cargo is packed and ready at the agreed pickup time, unless packing services were purchased.
Prohibited items (hazardous materials, illegal goods) will not be transported.

5. Liability & Cargo Protection

USMT maintains $1,000,000 in public liability coverage and $250,000 in cargo protection, as described on this site. Claims for loss or damage must be reported promptly in writing with supporting documentation and are handled per our claims process and applicable federal regulations.

6. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false information through our forms.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
